Fixing Error 315300 Incorrect Username/Password in Diablo 3

This error typically indicates that the username and/or password are being entered incorrectly. Please verify that you are typing in your correct username (Ex: D3Player@email.com) and password.

Changing the password on your account can resolve this issue. If you receive this error, please reset or change your password and attempt to log in once more.

You may also be able to resolve this by creating a new Administrator account in Windows via the Control Panel.

To create a new user account, please follow these steps:

Windows XP:
-  Navigate to the Start Menu then Control Panel and finally User Accounts
- Click Create a new account
- Enter the name you wish to use with this account and click Next
- Select the type Computer Administrator and click Create Account

Windows Vista / 7:
- Navigate to the Start Menu then Control Panel and finally User Accounts
- Click Manage User Accounts then choose Create new account
- Enter the name you wish to use with this account and click Next
- Select the type Computer Administrator and click Create Account

Please try to log into the new user account and try Diablo III. If this is successful, you can then return to your previous user account.

Additionally, if you have recently changed your registered email address, please change it back to the old one and try again. You should also be careful not to add a "space" behind your email address.
