Error Code: 1
Text: "There was an issue with the service. Please try again."
Solution: This issue is now resolved.

Error Code: 12
Solution: To choose the correct region: Login screen > Options > Account > select correct region drop down. If this issue persists, try resetting your password. If you are still experiencing this error, try to contact battle.net after you've tried the steps above.

Error Code: 33
Text: "Battle.net is down for maintenance. Please try again later."
Solution: To choose the correct region: Navigate to Login screen > Options > Account, then select the correct region. If this does not resolve the issue, please wait for maintenance to complete before logging in again.


Error Code: 37
Text: "The servers are busy at this time. Please try again later." or "There is a temporary outage of the Battle.net Service. Please try again later "
Solution: This error will occur when the servers are under a heavy load. Try logging in again after 5-10 minutes. It may take several attempts before you are able to successfully connect.

Error Code: 75
Text: "There is a temporary outage of the Battle.net Service. Please try again later."
Solution: This error will occur when the servers are under a heavy load. Try logging in again after 5-10 minutes. It may take several attempts before you are able to successfully connect.


Error Code: 108
Text: "Error 108 occurred. Unable to open installer tome2.mpqe."
Solution: Try the Error 108 troubleshooting steps.

Error Code: 3001
Text: "Unable to connect to the service or the connection was interrupted"
Solution: This is a known issue. Our development team is working on a resolution.

Error Code: 3003
Text: "Unable to connect to the service or connection was interrupted"
Solution: This issue is now resolved.

Error Code: 3005
Solution: This issue may occur if many players are attempting to login from a single location. Rather than logging in all at once, try having a few players login at a time to avoid this error.

Error Code: 3006
Text: "The request has timed out."

Solution: To resolve this issue, try resetting your password. Next, try creating a new administrator user for Windows, then reattempt your login.  If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact battle.net
